Information regarding selecting your villa number and villa type
We do not guarantee specific villa numbers. It is a little confusing to some, so I will explain. If we say you are getting a BEACH FRONT VILLA then that means that you will be guaranteed that you will be in #1 or #2 or # 3 or #4. You can not pre-select an exact villa number. Same for the other types. If we say you are in a PALM COURT VILLA then you are guaranteed that you will be in #5 or #6 or #7 or #8 or #9 or #10.If we say you are in a KEY LIME GROVE VILLA then you will be in #11, or #12 or #13 or #14 or #15 or #17 or #19 or #20. If we say you are in a TROPICAL ISLAND VILLA then you will be in #16 or #18.
We are a small property and our arrivals and departures are like puzzle's, so we are always moving arrivals and departures around to make everyone fit. We always prefer to have guests in villas that are traveling together to be as close to each other as possible and we ARE able to accommodate groups together most of the time, but we make no promises since the puzzle is constantly changing all of the time.
