Accommodations Information:

Better than a Hotel in Florida Keys, located on Beach, heated Pool and Boat Dock.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom Vacation Rental condo home, better than a Hotel.

Located in Marathon in the Middle Florida Keys just 54 miles from Key West.

First Floor (Ground Level)

The ground floor serves as a personal secured storage area for items such as bikes, dive tanks or pool toys/inflatables.

It also includes your own full sized washer and dryer for added convenience!

Unit storage is dedicated per unit and therefore NOT shared with other guests.

Each unit’s storage area is secured and made available only to the assigned tenant. 

Second Floor

The entry level (starting on the second floor, accessed by stairs) contains the kitchen, dining room (seats six) and a large, screened in patio, elevated off the ground to catch the tropical breezes.

The full kitchen offers you the convenience of your own home with a full-size oven and stove cook top, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender (for piña colada's), toaster and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, cooking utensils, linens, glasses (even wine glasses) and silverware are provided.

There is a pass-through window from the kitchen to make mealtime a snap on the screened in patio.

Third Floor

The upper floor of each unit (third floor, accessed by a spiral staircase) contains two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the living room. Maximum occupancy is 6 people per villa. The master suite contains a queen-size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Every villa has a spiral staircase connecting the second and third floors.

Also available at this level is a wet-bar and round table for gaming or snacks.

Each villa has three TV's with cable, one in each bedroom and a TV with a DVD in the living room.

Boat Dockage

CocoPlum is proud to offer Boat Docks!

Our nine-slip dockage is designed for boats up to 40ft. It's located in a deep-water canal that has protection against any weather. Water and electric (30 amp and 50 amps) are available to any slip. Also, canal fishing is accessible on the dock!

We have plenty of parking for boat trailers and oversized vans.

We do not allow and motorized water toys to anchor off or access on our beach, this includes all Boats and jetskis and anything with a motor.

Zero-Edge Pool

Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, in our heated pool overlooking our natural sand beach. Our tropical warm weather keeps the pool open 365 days a year. The swimming pool is located directly on the beach front and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Our exciting, heated pool, featuring a zero-edge concept with tiled mosaics and a stunning patio-deck made of stone pavers. We do not provide BEACH towels, but we do sell beach towels in blue and white stripes with the COCOPLUM logo for $25.00 (plus tax) in the office and these do make a great souvenir to bring home to remind you of the Atlantic oceans warm tropical sea breezes. Beach towels are always on special “Buy 3 get 1 Free!”

We only operate our pool heater from December 20 to March 31 each year.
