First Floor (Ground Level)

The ground floor serves as a personal secured storage area for items such as bikes, dive tanks and pool toys/inflatables.

It also includes your own full sized washer and dryer for added convenience!

Unit storage is dedicated per unit and therefore NOT shared with other guests.

Each unit’s storage area is secured and made available only to the assigned tenant. 

Second Floor

The entry level (starting on the second floor, accessed by external stairs) contains the kitchen, dining room (seats six) and a large, screened in patio, elevated off the ground to catch the tropical breezes.

The full kitchen offers you the convenience of your own home, complete with a full-size oven and stove cook top, microwave, coffee maker, blender (for piña coladas!), toaster and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, cooking utensils, linens, glasses (+ wine glasses) and silverware are provided.

There is a pass-through window from the kitchen to the screened-in patio to make mealtime a snap.

Third Floor

The upper floor of each unit (third floor, accessed by an internal spiral staircase) contains two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the living room. Maximum occupancy is 6 people per villa. The master suite contains a queen-size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. Second full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Every villa has a spiral staircase connecting the second and third floors.

This level also has a wet-bar and round table for gaming or snacks.

Each villa has three TVs with cable – one in each bedroom and a TV with a DVD player in the living room.

Boat Dockage

CocoPlum is proud to offer Boat Docks!

Our nine-slip dockage is designed for boats up to 40ft. It's located in a deep-water canal that has protection against weather. Water included and electric (30 amp and 50 amp - for additional charge) are available to any slip. Also, canal fishing is accessible on the dock!

We have plenty of free parking for boat trailers and oversized vans.

We do not allow any motorized water toys (including all boats and jet-skis) to anchor off from, or gain access to, our beach.

Zero-Edge Pool

Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze in our heated pool overlooking our natural sand beach. Our tropical warm weather keeps the pool open 365 days a year. The swimming pool is located directly on the beach front and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Our heated pool features a zero-edge concept with tiled mosaics and a stunning patio-deck made of stone pavers. We do not provide beach or pool towels, but we do sell blue/white striped beach towels with our logo for $25.00 (plus tax) in the office. These do make a great souvenir to bring home to remind you of the Atlantic oceans warm tropical sea breezes. Beach towels are always on a special “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” sale!

We only operate our pool heater from December 20 to March 31 each year. During the rest of the year, the warm, tropical sunshine heats our pool naturally.
