SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATES FOR SPECIFIC DATES IN FEBRUARY, MARCH and APRIL (see list below)

  1. All SPECIALS must be called in to 305-743-0240 (9 am to 5 pm Mon-Sat) and cannot be made on our online booking engine.
  2. We have a 4 night minimum stay required on all reservations.
  3. Specials must be booked for exact dates listed and only one villa is available for each special listed. Specials will be sold on a first come, first served basis and can be removed from website without notice and can change daily
  4. Specials are not available to travel agents.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR STAYS OF 5 OR MORE NIGHTS:

  1. All 5 or more night specials can be booked through our online booking engine.
  2. Any reservation for 5 nights will get an 8% discount off entire stay.
  3. Any reservation of 6 nights will get a 12% discount off entire stay.
  4. Any Reservation of 7-14 nights will get a 15% discount off the entire stay.
