The property is divided into 4 villa types. All villas are identical on the inside, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and laundry room. The only thing different about each villa type is the location on the property and views of the ocean, beach and pool. We do not assign specific villa numbers to a reservation until the day of arrival.

PALM COURT VILLAS ARE #5 or #6 or #7 or #8 or #9 or #10
KEY LIME VILLAS #11 or #12 or #13 or #14 or #15 or #17 or #19 or #20
TROPICAL ISLAND VILLAS #16 or #18
Information Regarding Selecting Your Villa Number and Villa Type
You cannot pre-select an exact villa number, you can only pre-select the villa type when making your reservation. We do not guarantee specific villa numbers.
If you are reserving a BEACH FRONT VILLA, that means that you will be guaranteed to be in #1 or #2 or #3 or #4.
If you are reserving a PALM COURT VILLA, that means you will be guaranteed to be in #5 or #6 or #7 or #8 or #9 or #10.
If you are reserving a KEY LIME GROVE VILLA, that means you will be guaranteed to be in #11, or #12 or #13 or #14 or #15 or #17 or #19 or #20.
If you are reserving a TROPICAL ISLAND VILLA, that means you will be guaranteed to be in #16 or #18.

We always try to accommodate group who are traveling together to be near each other, but as groups are arriving and departing on different dates, it is not always possible. We try our hardest and we are able to accommodate groups together most of the time but we make no promises.
